CURRENT TIMETABLE

Visitors are most welcome but please book in early to avoid disappointment as we do get a lot of visitors and classes often fill up before the day of the class. Please note, the early morning sessions are usually busy, while the later evening classes tend to be easier to fit into. If you book early (one week in advance) we can fit you into most classes.

Please also remember to arrive 10 minutes BEFORE the class for a drop in visit or trial. All visitors must fill out the health questionnaire and waiver form before participating and if you arrive late it often disrupts the class.
